    Backed by comprehensive experience and business acumen, Jordan remains a pacesetter in Calgary’s construction industry. Jordan succeeded in a number of ventures within the construction industry, including that of Wolf Custom Homes and Canterra Custom Homes. Jordan’s hand in the success of Wolf Custom Homes can be attributed to such expansive knowledge of residential construction, ensuring that both quality and budgetary expectations are met. Jordan also contributes to the community by coaching minor league hockey and volunteering for various charities, such as Kids Cancer Care and The Canadian Mental Health Association.



    Chief Executive Officer

    Jason’s ability to assemble and empower a successful team, a skill that proved invaluable in building a strong foundation at Wolf Custom Homes, was cultivated through his background in oilfield service. Jason’s aptitude for simultaneous focus on long-term business objectives and superior customer service has driven Wolf Custom Homes’ continued success. Jason believes that with a focus on outstanding quality, integrity and transparency comes exceptional products and service. Jason’s passions lie outside of the construction industry as well; the business leader also contributes to various community fundraisers, including Kids Cancer Care and the Children’s Hospital.



    President of Brava Apartment REIT

    Travis brings a financial and strategic leadership to the team. Travis has 15 years of executive experience in private and public companies and extensive capital markets experience. Travis was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Northview Apartment REIT. Northview was one of the largest multi-family REITs in Canada with over 27,000 doors and a million square feet of commercial space. Northview was sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 for $4.8 billion. Travis is active in community soccer and is on the Board of Directors of Homefront Calgary which is a not-for-profit entity supporting victims of domestic violence.



    Chief Financial Officer

    Matthew brings extensive knowledge and expertise with over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate deals. Before joining Brava, Matthew was the Managing Director for a Merchant Capital Bank where he over saw a team to provide real estate investment and advisory services ranging from deal structuring and negotiations; financial modeling; all aspects of legal documentation; acquisition and disposition advisory; municipal process and entitlement; development management; construction oversight; debt financing and capital raising. Throughout his career he has enjoyed the opportunity to work on projects with a wide range of private and public clients.



    Vice President - Finance

    Doug is an experienced financial manager with extensive experience throughout all roles in the real estate industry. He brings over 20 years of experience leading many successful accounting teams and bring his skillset to Brava Development Corp.



    Vice President – Leasing & Marketing

    Kelsey is an award winning sales professional with 10 years of integrated sales and marketing experience within the Real Estate Industry. She is a born and raised Calgarian who loves dogs, hiking and mountain biking. Kelsey has an emphasis on delivering authentic customer experiences to reach and overachieve revenue targets. She also brings extensive analytical and interpersonal skills that strengthen our team. In 2019 and 2020 she was awarded the Avid Service Award for scoring in the top 10% in customer satisfaction nationwide.



    Vice President - Operations

    Anul is a single, and multi-family design and development professional with a focus on constructing effective, attractive, and sustainable projects which improve quality of life and stakeholder value. He brings with him extensive experience through all facets of the development industry including architecture, residential design, business and land development. His integrity and knowledge assists Brava in offering exceptional residential products.



    Vice President - Accounting & Administration

    Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Wolf and Brava teams. She holds CPA and CA designations and has over 25 years’ experience in senior level financial management. She provides strategic financial guidance and oversees financial reporting and analysis for the organizations. She has provided astute senior level financial management services to the custom home industry and the multifamily industry for over 10 years.

    In addition to her work with Brava and Wolf, Jennifer is passionate about the charitable community and has served as a valued Board of Directors member as both President and treasurer for numerous charitable and non-for-profit organizations.



    General Contractor - Consultant

    Jason Fleury brings over 20 years experience and extensive knowledge in Construction Management, Pre-Construction Service and General Contracting for new builds or renovations across Alberta and through Western Canada. He has worked in the public sector through to private corporations and investors. This includes assisted living, affordable housing, seniors & assisted living facilities, single family homes, large insurance losses and condo / rental developments.

    His diverse track record in developments, project management, and community contribution gives a unique advantage in architecture, finance, sales, marketing, and construction.



    Office Manager

    Samantha manages the Brava and Wolf office with a high level of organization and structure providing executive support to the senior management teams. She is also heavily involved with ensuring the day-to-day operations are coordinated smoothly and ensures all administrative duties are handled. She also lends a hand in day-to-day accounting to help keep the office running as smoothly as possible.




    Effectively managing the costs of building desirable homes is the scope of our diligent and knowledgeable Corporate Controller, Scott. With many years of experience and CPA,CGA designations, Scott is able to forecast long term activity while ensuring that day-to-day financial tasks are addressed quickly and efficiently. His contributions and skills are a fundamental aspect of Brava's success. Scott holds a B.Comm and a B.Sc and is a volunteer with Hockey Calgary.




    Michael provides Brava and Wolf with his expertise in estimating job costs and management costs, providing Brava with a better picture of how to assess our projects. He also manages vendor procurements and construction administration to ensure we can stay competitive with our prices and that we can provide the highest quality to our customers.



    Construction Coordinator

    Gabriela Constantinescu is trained in architectural technology, building technical design and construction. She worked in architecture for eleven years and in the past six in construction. She excels at combining logic and aesthetics to create spaces that are both functional and beautiful. Gabriela approaches every project with an open mind, as she believes flexibility is key to creativity and problem solving. She’s an optimistic, calm, perceptive problem-solver construction coordinator with exceptional analytical and time-management skills, an ability to identify and utilize the different skills and talents of workers, a basic understanding of project management software, and an unflinching respect for modern standard practices, rules and regulations. Gabriela passionate about dogs, yoga and Feng Shui art.



    Vice President of Operations – Brava Asset Management

    Jay has spent 14 years in residential real estate development and is skilled and knowledgeable in most home systems and construction techniques. He has been operationally involved in the construction of over 1000 homes and managed approximately 400 rental doors in Calgary, Cochrane, and Banff. Jay has also managed the warranty process of 16 multi-family projects in Calgary and Cochrane. Jay is an exceptional addition to the team and looks for opportunities to display Brava’s superior customer service.
